FREE Playwriting Workshop with International Artists

The Mercury Theatre is offering young people aged 16 to 25 years the chance to take part in a free Playwriting Workshop entitled Hard Places from Wednesday 20 to Saturday 23 June.

The workshops have been devised through a partnership between the Mercury Theatre, TheatreScience and Rage Theatre of Mumbai and will be led by playwright, Farhad Sorabjee and theatre professionals from all three companies.

Workshops will take place at the Mercury Theatre Colchester and the best work will be showcased in the Mercury Studio Theatre alongside a professional production performed by actors from the Mercury Theatre, TheatreScience and Rage Theatre of Mumbai in September. 

No writing experience is necessary, just a passion to get involved.
